Project description

Construction of a sports complex and a versatile, modular multipurpose hall with 1,000 to 3,000 seats, featuring an arena (flexible capacity of 2,000 to 4,000 seats), a gymnastics hall (400 seats), a multi-sports hall with climbing and athletics areas, a social space, a common foyer, and all necessary ancillary facilities.

The environmental approach has been placed at the heart of the project.
